3rd International Christmas Tree Conference
Oak Island Resort & Conference Centre - August 1-3, 2024
Christmas Trees and Pirate Bounty …
Each year, the National Christmas Tree Association (NCTA) hosts its annual meeting, providing attendees with information on emerging real Christmas tree issues, the latest science, innovative solutions and the opportunity to network with growers, suppliers and association members. The Christmas Tree Council of Nova Scotia welcomes the NCTA to the balsam fir christmas tree capital of the world as proud hosts of the International Christmas Tree Conference at Oak Island. The International Christmas Tree Conference makes its return to Nova Scotia (for the first time since 1999) owes its reputation and success to the quality and diversity of each year’s program; the relevance of exhibits sharing the latest in available technologies and leading experts speaking on a variety of timely topics.
Where tales of pirate bounty and hidden fortunes are often seen, attending the International Christmas Tree Conference will connect you with centuries-old stories on buried treasure and the fabled money pit of Oak Island. For over 200 years, Oak Island has intrigued and mystified historians, treasure hunters, and those interested in learning the truth.
